Original ways to get to know Madrid

There’s different ways to go through Madrid and to get to know the city. Sometimes we can even see the same street differently depending on how we look at it. Today we’re going to show you variant plans to do tourism in Madrid in a comfortable and simple way.

Madrid City Tour

Madrid City Tour is the official touristic bus of the city of Madrid. It works 365 days a year, from 10am to 8pm (from November to February) and from 9am to 10pm (from march to October). This bus has three different routes:

  • Route through the historical Madrid (Line 1). About 80 minutes long. It goes through the most essential places in the city, like Prado Museum, Puerta de Alcalá, Barrio de Salamanca, Templo de Debod, Royal Palace, Puerta de Toledo, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol or the Botanical Garden.
  • Route through the modern Madrid (Line 2).The second line is approximately one-hour long. If you take this bus you will see some places from the nowadays Madrid, like the Plaza de Neptuno and Plaza de Cibeles, Natural Science Museum, Santiago Bernabeu, the Spanish National Reserch Centre, Puerta del Sol or the
    Plaza de las Cortes
  • Evening route: From the 16th of June to the 15th of September. This route is the same as the one from line 1 but without any stops and with the charm of getting to see the city while the lights start to turn off.
